  I come here all the time because it's convenient for me. Normally the service is fast and the drinks are good but the customer service is lacking. The people who work here have absolutely no common courtesy... they don't say please, thank you, have a nice day, good morning or anything. I've been coming here for about a year a few times a week and 9/10 times they just come across as very rude.

  Busy and understaffed at peak hours, so service is slow. Orders are frequently wrong. Other Dunkins in the area are more highly recommended.
